Services included in the symposium registration fees:

Registration is required for those who will attend the scientific meetings as a listener or as a company representative.

The registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, scientific program, certificate of participation, name badge, lunches and coffee breaks between meetings.

20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.

• Hotels are 15 minutes from the symposium center.
• We would like to remind our participants to contact Dalya Turizme in advance for accommodation. The number of rooms is subject to quota.
• Accommodation prices may vary according to foreign currency and inflation.

Prices will be subject to an additional tax of 02% and 10% VAT.

We would like to remind you that our sponsors who wish to benefit from the Transfer Service must inform us of all flight details and contact numbers of the person to be transferred.

20% VAT will be added to the transfer fees.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

For the finalization of your symposium sponsorships, stand participation, satellite symposium and registration, accommodation and transfer requests, we kindly request you to submit your requests in writing to Dalya Tourism Symposium & Organization Services via fax, mail or e-mail.

After the confirmation mail and your payment is completed, the services and services or sponsorships you have requested will be finalized and become valid.
