Paper Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts submitted to the symposium will be collected only through the Online Submission Module.
• Applications via e-mail, fax and other methods will not be accepted.
• In order for the abstract to be included in the proceedings book, at least one of the authors must register for the symposium.
• A participant can participate in the symposium with a maximum of 2 papers
• The entire evaluation process related to the papers will be followed through the system with the e-mail and password of the participant.
• Abstracts should be prepared in maximum 300 words.
• Submitted papers can be written as research, review, case report.
• Abstracts should consist of introduction and aim, material and method, findings, conclusion and keywords.
• The number of keywords should be at least 3 and at most 5 words.
• The scientific and legal responsibility for the paper belongs to the authors.
• Scientific Committee members will evaluate the submitted papers to determine their scientific quality and appropriateness.
• After the submission deadline, the acceptance process of all submitted papers will be made by confidential reviewer evaluations, and if accepted, the acceptance text will be sent to the authors.
• The names and surnames of the authors should be filled in according to their order in the study and “Presenting Author” should be indicated.
• The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be indicated.
• If requested, the papers will be published in full text in the symposium booklet. For full-text papers, the writing rules of the Journal of Geriatric Sciences will be taken into consideration. You can access the writing rules at https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/geriatrik/writing-rules.
